While scouting for fine antiques, J. Tribble Collection came upon this circa-1720 Louis XIV-period commode (42” w. x 22 ¾” d. x 34 ¼” h.). For its new use at home, the item has been fitted with a faucet and handles in keeping with its form and patina.
