What was your first profession?
Wall Street was the first “career-path” type job I had. It was my on-the-job training MBA, I had no idea at the time of the significance of all that I learned until I started applying it in my own business.

The cocktail you drink after a big install?
A nice chilly martini up, with olives, shaken please.

The flower you most like to cultivate?
Every year I add roses with the help of rose expert Stephen Scanniello. I love salvias and white scabiosa as they create waves of color in the garden. Then there is the queen of spring, bearded iris; I can’t live without them as they remind me of growing up and my grandmother’s garden.
