Since 1875 the famous Maison Féau & Cie has been perpetuating the tradition of beautiful French decorative art. It specializes in creating reproductions of antique woodwork pieces and their contemporary adaptation. Féau & Cie distinguishes itself by its collection of emblematic woodwork. In fact, the House has a unique repertoire of pieces from the 17th to the 20th century; panels made for Madame de Pompadour, magnificent cornices from the Hôtel de Beauharnais, decorations from Rothschild’s Villa Éphrussi and a spectacular library by Emilio Terry. Each woodwork reveals indeed hidden treasures from the French history. Today, through its exceptional renovations and creations, the House continues to promote its collaborations with the outstanding and contemporary decorators, from Michael S. Smith to Brian J. McCarthy, Robert Couturier and Pierre Yovanovitch.
